OK.....now I found this story on Bowl.com and I had to share it:

My favoriter weird bowling story......  

I was practicing one afternoon and there was a pair of lanes to the right of me and the ones to the left were being used.  No problems so far until the front desk gave the right pair to a couple with two kids.  They pushed their strollers up and unload the children in the settee area.  The mother walks out onto the approach and spreads a blanket  by the foul line and the father brings the kids up and they proceed to have a picnic right there on the approach.  I have seen everything now.
