Larry here... Thought I'd take a minute to tell ya about my favorite group, BACKROAD, while Casandra and Shelly finish whippin' up my grits...you know how I do things. Anyway, let me tell you a little bit about these guys. They're a couple white boyz that go by the name of Smallz & Don Fentoni. BACKROAD makes their own beats, writes their own lyrics, mix and master their own tracks, and sound damn good doin' it. Added bonus...they get my lady friends all hot and bothered...you know Larry likes 'em that way.

The self-titled "BACKROAD" single sets the tone with a unique style of Rap/Hip Hop that you won't hear anywhere else. Larry digs several elements of the beat. The piano chords, guitar riff, and beat-boxing in the background really set the stage. The flows that these boys spit on top of this beat display true talent and ability.

When I'm cruisin' in the Larrymobile scoutin' dames, I gotsta be ridin' to their laid back track titled "Leanin'." This song is a certified hit with it's melodic horns and hypnotic hook. Yeah, that's right...Larry's not only a ladies man, he's a USDA Certified Prime Music Critic. If I was to compare this song to a steak...MAN, we're talkin' $50 Bone-In Filet Mignon!

The last one I'm gonna tell you folks about is the unreleased single titled "Take It To The Top." I keep tellin' these guys that this one should be the track they introduce themselves to the world with. If you heard it, you'de likely know why immediately. If you hear it and don't agree...well, Larry pretty much doesn't even want to acknowledge you as a person. The beat gets in your head as soon as it drops. The hook makes me wanna take a shot, grab up a few of my girls, and hit the dance floor with everything Larry has to offer...that's a lot for all my female readers wonderin' ;)
